The website has options for a10-minute free consultation as well as a new patient appointment slots. After making an appointment request, you will be contacted and electronic forms will be sent to you. All intake forms and other vital information are electronic and easy to complete. An appointment confirmation and a visit link will be sent to you. If the paperwork isn’t completed and submitted 24 hours prior to the visit, the visit will be canceled.

Yes, we do. Our practice believes that personalized medicine is the key to better health. The genomic tool helps us identify the health risks patients carry and recommend a targeted or precision care plan. It is ideal for patients with family history of health conditions seeking preventative care, longevity care, cognitive decline care, mental health care, womens health issues, and other chronic health conditions care.

If you have had an appointment with Dr. Olawaiye in the past but do not have access to our patient portal, you are not a Whole Point Health patient and we do not have your records. Do not leave a message here as we can’t answer your questions. We recommend visiting the Telehealth portal where you previously saw her to contact customer support for how to reach her. Our patients have access to her through our patient portal and don’t use this office number.

A genomic test can reveal a lot of information about your health status. These include how well your body removes toxins, your autoimmunity risk, vitamin and mineral deficiency risk, celiac and gluten intolerance risk, cardiovascular risks, dementia risk, osteoporosis risk, anesthesia medication risk etc. The information helps you make better choices and start the most evidence based preventative interventions.

Genomic test we use as a clinical decision-making tool is done by an outside company called Intellxxdna. Their test reports range from $450 to $1900 depending on the test you select. We provide all patients with the pricing and Intellxxdna website information so they can decide what package they want. Intellxxdna is a once in a lifetime test. It will not be repeated. It is a great investment into your health.

Yes, Your payment for the Intellxxdna report covers the clinical tool only. The cost of your visit with Whole Point Health is not included. We share our pricing with all patients before the visit. You can also call to request our pricing. The cost of our initial consultation is $300. We offer pay as you go and subscription options for genomics.

We accept credit card payment only. At the end of your visit, you will get an invoice, and your card will be charged. We expect payment on the day of the visit.

Precision Medicine and new patient visits are 1 – 1.5 hours long. Chronic health condition visits follow-up are 30-60 minutes long. We provide adequate time for
extended visits to address patient concerns.

We can give short term refills to our established patients, WPH does not prescribe or refill any controlled substances or schedule I – V drugs. These include but not limited to all narcotics, Adderall or other ADHD medications, Anabolic steroids, Testosterone, Xanax or other benzodiazepines, Tramadol, Soma, Promethazine,
Nubain, Ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, and Fioricet. Other medications may be added to this list if deemed necessary by the physician.

Currently, only established patients can purchase supplements from our store. As a patient, your supplements are ordered by the physician and sent to you. You will have your own account. Supplements can be purchased from the store or any store of the patient’s choosing. Getting an assessment before starting supplements is recommended.

There are three options: limited labs through insurance, self-pay functional labs, and Wellness(HOW) + labs (available via a tab on the website). The first two are ordered by the doctor if needed, while Wellness (HOW) visit + labs is ordered by the patient.

If you would like Wellness lab testing and assessment. We offer seven different categories: Comprehensive Hormone Panel, Essential Immune Health Optimization Panel, Expanded Men’s Health + Stress Panel, Women’s Health Optimization Panel (Essential), Health Optimization Nutrition and Inflammation Panel, Health Optimization Core Cardio-metabolic Panel, Health Optimization and wellness basic level. You choose your preferred one, complete payment, and follow the testing instructions. Results are sent to the doctor, followed by a provider-reviewed wellness plan and a consultation to go through the plan.

Accepting health insurance means the provider and practice will be burdened with significant and excessive administrative demands and reimbursement challenges that result in the practice needing to see 20-30 patients a day, to survive. This model cannot work with the comprehensive holistic care that Whole Point health provides to patients.
